Spring time is on it’s way! It’s slowly showing it’s face as flowers start to bloom after their long winter’s nap. Little shoots in my garden are poking their way through the soil ready to become delicious vegetables this summer. I love the cool gentle breeze that tickles the grass beneath my  feet, makes my skirt twirl around me and gently plays with the hair that slips out of place. Yes, spring in almost here my friends.

Morning greats me with a chill in the air that quickly fades away into the warm late morning and early afternoon. There is nothing like a warm comforting cup of tea to start the day. I like to sit back to watch as God’s paint brush add strokes of color to the dawn sky, in vibrant shades of pinks and oranges. I wrap my hand around my mug and breath a prayer of thanks for the new day. It’s a gift.

I delight in all kinds of teas and tisanes (herbal “tea” blends). Join me at Frugal Granola to learn how to make Soothing Lemon Tisane.
