Fireworks are going to be lighting up the sky, kids are going to be chasing after lightening bugs, grills are going to be fired up and friends and family are going to be gathering. The Fourth of July is always a wonderful time to get together with family and friends.
One of my favorite summer time treats was my Grandpa Stanley’s homemade vanilla ice cream. Another was my mom’s popsicles. It’s nice to cool down with a bowl of ice cream or a popsicle.
