This yummy sauce is perfect drizzled on top of a pita stuffed with shawarma or falafel. Don’t worry the pita recipe will be coming soon. I guess I’m doing this a bit in reverse. 🙂 Oh well…. I also like to use this as a salad dressing or over rice for an interesting flavor.

Tahina Sauce

1/4 cup tahini
1/3 cup water
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt

Combined the ingredients in a jar. Shake and pour over your salad, shawarama, pita, or whatever you want. Keeps up to two weeks in the fridge.
