Would you guess that his chocolaty drink is packed full of nutrients and vitamins? I’m always looking for new ways to get lots of vitamins and probotics in my body and this one is definitely a winner. It’s one of my favorite ways to use coconut milk kefir.
It contains four simple ingredients. Coconut milk kefir, which is loaded with good for you probiotics, as well as being antibacterial and anti-fungal. Organic strawberries with the tops, strawberries are packed with vitamin C but the tops contain more than the rest of the berry. Raw honey, is full of live enzymes, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Cocoa powder has more antioxidant flavonoids than any food yet tested including red wine, blueberries, green and black tea. It has four time more the amount of antioxidants than green tea. Combine all these together and you have a power house of a smoothie!
