With the hot summer days upon us, we are spending more time outside. What better way to cool down than to eat a popsicle? Kids love them (and who are we kidding, adults do too!) They are a fun and easy treat to make; perfect after playing outside or just spending a lot of time in the sun.
Unfortunately, most popsicles you find in the stores are loaded with high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, dyes and many other things we don’t want to put into our bodies. Even many of the more “natural”ones are full of fake ingredients. The solution? Make your own!
To learn how to make your own popsicles head over to Frugal Granola!

Oh la la … those look yummy! We are going to try Popsicles this summer. We don’t but the ones that are bad for you. But the ones we do get on occasion are really expensive. I’m going to need to pop over and check out that peppermint extract link under your popular posts … hmmm, what could that be?
I’ve just started a new blog (as in two days ago) and I’d love for you to stop by, visit and follow if you’d like. I’m following you now too.

We enjoy popsicles in the summer a lot–it is a shame the long list of ingredients you find in them from the store–so much better made at home. I like how you included chamomile in yours, they sound great. Thanks for sharing on Hearth & Soul Hop.
