Gently warm the milk and 1/4 cup of the chai over medium-low heat. If you are using raw milk it is best to not heat it past 110○ F.
While the milk-chai mixture is heating make a paste by mixing the cocoa powder, collagen, maple syurp/honey, salt, vanilla, and remaining chai.
Once the milk is warm add the paste to the milk and stir until fully incorperated. If desired use a milk frother to create foam. For a special treat top with chai maple marshmalllows and vanilla whipped cream.
