- 2 quarts of water
- Chicken Neck
- 2 Chicken Feet (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- Simmer for up to 24 hours. Strain the broth throw a fine mesh strainer or a cloth. Disarcd the bones and set the giblets aside for another meal.
