Pumpkin Pie Fauxccino
- 2 cups strong coffee
- 2 cups whole raw milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground clove
- Vanilla Whipped Cream for topping
- Salted Caramel Sauce for topping
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon for topping
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- If you want an icy drink freeze the mixture for 2 hours and blend again so that it has more of a slushy consistancy.
- Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and ground cinnamon.
