Sweet and spicy cinnamon and tart apple mingle in a mug to create a delicious apple spice tea.

I love this time of year! As soon as Thanksgiving ends my mind turns towards the Advent and Christmas season. I am filled with such a sense of joy and expectation as I plan my intentional celebrations to celebrate our Savior’s birth. To keep things to a minimum, I prefer to focus on simple homemade gifts for most of my list.

Each year I try to come up with a new homemade gift that allows me to bless others and let them know that I am thinking of them. This tea is a simple and frugal way to do so! I mix apples that I have dehydrated with Ceylon cinnamon sticks and rooibos tea. For an extra bit of sweetness and cinnamon stir in a teaspoon of cinnamon infused honey.

Head over to The Nourishing Gourmet to learn how to make this simple apple spice tea!
