“Green” Smoothie

"Green" Smoothie - www.nourishingsimplicity.org

I’ve come to realize that certain foods, like kale and spinach, should not be eaten frequently in their raw form.

Join me at Traditional Cooking School to learn why to avoid large amounts of leafy greens and how to make this awesome pick-me-up “green” smoothie!
