Leaves crunching under feet, cool days, comfy jeans, the beauty of late October. I love the joy and excitement that comes with the changing of seasons brings. It’s like a new chapter in a book, there is always a new adventure to come. As the weather changes the warmth of the indoors draws my girls in for board games, movie nights and warm mugs of tea.

Creamy Pumpkin Pie Tea, also known as fall in a cup is a perfect way to curl up on a cool day. We drink it almost everyday at my house. There are many ways to enjoy it but our new favorite is to turn this tea into a caffeine-free “latte”. It is very simple to make.

Pumpkin Pie Herbal “Latte”

1 cup hot water
1 tsp Creamy Pumpkin Pie Tea
4 TBS vanilla maple whipped cream
1 TBS maple syrup
Pinch of ground cinnamon

1. Add the tea to a tea strainer and place in mug. Pour hot water in the mug and wait for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the tea strainer.
3. Stir in the maple syrup. Top with the whipped cream and ground cinnamon.

What is your favorite hot fall drink?
